We will normally dispatch your goods within 24 hours of payment being received. Some items may be out of stock, in this case we will inform you by email with firm lead time.
We will deliver your order to any verified address. Our standard delivery uses a national carrier or on larger items a pallet delivery company. We aim to dispatch goods in stock as quickly as possible. The maximum period of delivery would be within 30 days, unless specifically agreed with you the customer. We shall inform you of any subsequent change to the delivery time.
For deliveries outside the Island of Ireland we reserve the right to alter delivery charge, we will email a quote to you should this be necessary.
3. Receiving Orders
Unless we have your written authorisation, we will always require an authorised signature when delivering goods to you. We will not be held responsible for non-delivery due to lack of signature.
We aim to keep sufficient stock to meet demand. However on occasions of unexpectedly high demand we may unfortunately run out. If this happens we may delay dispatch of your order while new stock is obtained.You may contact us at any time to check on the progress of your order.
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time until we dispatch it. If you wish to cancel the order you should do so by email (email@example.com)
