Work Restraint lanyards prevent the user reaching a fall hazard zone. A standard safety harness and restraint lanyard make a compliant system when connected to an approved anchorage point. The standard for a lanyard is EN354. These lanyard must never exceed 2M in length.
Work restraint should be given priority over fall arrest systems. However a guard rail such as our "Roof Angel" free standing guard rail provides collective protection.
